Pastor Jamie and Pastor Katie Gallagher
Pastor Jamie and Pastor Katie Gallagher began their ministry at Palestine Lutheran Church on June 15, 2011.
Pastors Jamie and Katie have been married since October 1997. They attended Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio and graduated in 2002. They are parents of three: Heide (9), Nathaniel (7), and Trace (2).
Pastors Jamie and Katie have served congregations in Michigan, Indiana, and
Illinois.
Pastor Jamie grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and graduated college
from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in history. His hobbies
include model railroading, biking, and watching his favorite sports teams:
The Cubs, the Bears and the Blackhawks.
Pastor Katie’s father served in the US Air Force, so she has lived in many states and even in Germany as a young child. Her father is retired now and her parents live in northern Illinois. Pastor Katie graduated from Northern Michigan University with a degree in psychology. She enjoys horseback riding, running and reading.
